The Lua Set unfolds like an ascending breath, steady and rooted at its base, then rising in shimmering layers of resonance. Its tones blend warmth, clarity, and gentle movement into a single, flowing current of sound.

Beginning with the deep, stabilizing hum of C3, the vibration expands through the radiance of E3, carrying an inner brightness that kindles quiet confidence. G3 and A3 shimmer together in harmony, evoking open communication and heartfelt connection. The ethereal B3 adds a whisper of spacious awareness, while D4 in the higher octave releases the sound into pure, fluid openness, like water meeting light.

Lua’s harmonic structure — root, third, fifth, sixth, seventh, and ninth — creates a soundscape both grounding and transcendent. It invites the listener to settle deeply while expanding outward into vast, heart-centered stillness.

TUNING

Our bowls are available in two tunings: 440 Hz and 432 Hz.

  • 440 Hz is the standard tuning in Western music, offering a clear, bright tone that aligns easily with other instruments and musical structures. Its precise frequency relationships make it ideal for harmonic layering and group sound work.

  • 432 Hz, slightly lower in pitch, is favored by many for its warmer, more organic resonance. Some musicians and healers consider it more aligned with natural vibrations, including the Earth’s resonance and the body’s energy field. It’s often used in meditative or restorative sessions for its gentle, expansive quality.

Each tuning offers a unique tonal landscape—choose based on the energetic texture and intention you wish to cultivate.

CARE OF YOUR BOWLS

Clear crystal singing bowls are very delicate and should always be handled with care. Be fully present when packing, transporting, or playing them — even light pressure or impact can cause cracks or breakage. Never place mallets, wands, or any other objects inside the bowls, and avoid wearing jewelry, especially necklaces, rings, or bracelets, while playing to prevent accidental contact. Always play on a stable, padded surface with clean, dry hands. After use, gently place the bowls back in their designated bags, store them safely away from pets or busy areas, and never put anything on top of them. Proper care will help preserve their clarity, tone, and energy for years to come.
