As sound practitioners and facilitators, we have witnessed the profound impact that sacred instruments can have on the body, mind, and spirit. Our passion for sound healing led us to not only share its wisdom but also to provide high-quality instruments for our students — ones we could stand behind with full trust and reverence.
This calling took us to the Himalayas, where we immersed ourselves in the lineage of traditional craftsmanship, seeking the purest and most resonant singing bowls. After forging relationships with many artisans, we finally found what we were looking for — a family-owned workshop that has been handcrafting singing bowls for generations. Each bowl is created with care, intention, and a deep respect for the ancient art of sound healing.
Before being shipped, every bowl is hand-picked and tested to ensure it sings in perfect resonance with its set.

We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and other secure payment gateways. Payments are processed securely through Stripe Payments and must be completed before an order is shipped.

Processing Time:
Good things take time. Please note, that we work with a small factory. Once the order is placed, each bowl gets hand picked. Before any set gets shipped, we personally check the intervals of each order to ensure a harmonic set before it gets sent out.
All orders are generally processed within 3-4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
Shipping Methods & Rates:
Shipping is included in the price.
Delivery times vary depending on availability. We will do our best to ensure timely delivery. The shipping time varies between 10 Days and 3 weeks depending on the destination country. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
Shipping Issues:
If your order is damaged during shipping or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resellable condition.
How to Return/Exchange:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@soulravel.com. We’ll provide you with instructions and a return shipping address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Our products are crafted with care and attention to detail, ensuring high quality. If any item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for assistance. We offer a limited warranty on all products for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship but does not apply to normal wear and tear or misuse.
For the care of your products, especially instruments like singing bowls, we recommend handling them gently, cleaning them according to our care instructions, and keeping them in a safe environment to maintain their resonance and longevity.
