A live, improvised sonic journey where instruments and woven voices meet in ever-shifting layers of sound, created in the moment, guided by what’s alive in the room. Held at the stunning venue of Harmony Sri Lanka, we gather every first and third Thursday of the month to soften the edges of the week and return to what’s quiet underneath.

Tones rise and fall like tides, moving through space and through your body, inviting the nervous system to settle, the breath to lengthen, and the mind to loosen its grip. You’ll be met by a living sound field: textured, intimate, sometimes expansive, sometimes barely there, a conversation between resonance, silence, and presence.
