FLOW WITHIN: A Journey into the Sensing Body. A 2-Hour Immersion of Asana, Free Movement, Live Music & Healing Instruments
An invitation…
To slow the pace.
To soften the edges.
To feel, fully and without agenda.
In this embodied movement experience, we begin by turning inward. Through gentle, somatic-based asana, you’ll be guided into a slower rhythm, where movement arises from sensation rather than instruction. Each shape becomes a quiet inquiry, an opening into the subtle language of the body. There is no need to strive or perform. Only to listen.
As the practice unfolds, structure dissolves into fluidity. The body, having been heard, begins to speak in its own rhythms — reaching, curling, pausing, dancing. You may find yourself moving with softness or intensity, with stillness or expression.
Throughout the entire journey, music will be curated to support the body’s unfolding. From a Set to live music that is created in the moment: acoustic instruments, voice and looping textures forming a soundscape that moves with you. Responsive. Spacious. Intimately woven with your experience. The sound becomes a gentle hand at your back, an anchor when things feel tender, a current that carries you deeper into feeling.
This space is held for the wisdom of the body, for the stories it carries, for the emotions that rise when we allow ourselves to truly feel. Here, you are free to release, to unravel, to reconnect with the quiet truth beneath the surface.
You are invited to move at your own pace.
To rest when you need.
To remember the feeling of belonging to your own skin.
Until any last movement dissolves into the stillness of the body,
so the sound can continue to carry you into deep, spacious realms of being.
