A Journey of Conscious Connected Breathwork & Sound Healing
We begin by arriving together, creating space to settle into the body and the present moment before moving into a guided Conscious Connected Breathwork practice.
By breathing continuously without pauses between the inhale and exhale, we gently shift our attention away from the thinking mind and into direct experience. Breath has a way of bringing movement to what has been held, creating space where there may have been tension and reminding us of the intelligence already within us.
As the active breathing comes to a close, you’ll be invited to simply rest. From this place of openness, a multi-instrumental sound journey becomes a space to integrate and receive.
We close the evening with a sharing circle, offering space to reflect and integrate the experience together.
